HGVS Initiative
The HGVS Initiative is an international framework designed to advance healthcare, wellness, and medical understanding through the integration of digital scanning, artificial intelligence, and privacy-centered data systems.
At its core, HGVS brings together physical healthcare environments and digitally governed infrastructure to create a new model for how medical data is captured, understood, and applied.
A New Approach to Healthcare Systems
HGVS addresses key challenges in modern healthcare, including fragmented data, delayed diagnostics, rising costs, and limited patient control over personal information.
Through a coordinated framework, the Initiative supports:
Advanced Digital Scanning
Private Health Data Systems (InfoVault™)
AI-Driven Digital Intelligence
Claims & Cost Optimization
Each of these elements operates within a broader system of interconnected technologies and governance frameworks designed to evolve with advancing medical science and global healthcare needs.
An Integrated Digital Framework
HGVS is governed by a structured Protocol that defines how systems are designed, connected, and operated across multiple environments.
Using a modular approach—referred to as Components and Connections—the Initiative enables the creation of flexible, scalable Ecosystems, each tailored to specific healthcare applications, geographies, or participant groups.
These Ecosystems may operate independently or as part of broader, interconnected networks—forming Ecosystems of Ecosystems across the HGVS framework.
Bridging Physical and Digital Environments
HGVS integrates two operational domains: HOMEWORLD — healthcare systems, facilities, and jurisdictions
DIGITALUNIVERSE — a protocol-based environment for data, intelligence, and coordination
This structure enables secure interaction between traditional healthcare delivery and advanced digital systems, while supporting evolving models of identity, privacy, and data ownership.
Expanding Through Ecosystems
The HGVS Initiative is implemented through a growing set of Ecosystems, each representing a focused deployment of the framework.
These may include:
Regionally deployed healthcare infrastructure
Specialized diagnostic and research environments
Data, AI, and digital intelligence platforms
Supporting financial, operational, and service frameworks
Together, these Ecosystems form a dynamic, evolving network designed to improve access, outcomes, and long-term system efficiency.
Designed for Global Participation
HGVS is supported by a global network of participants, technologies, and organizational structures, enabling collaboration across public, private, and institutional environments.
The Initiative is designed to adapt over time—integrating new technologies, governance models, and economic frameworks as healthcare systems continue to evolve.
HGVS Protocol governs HGVS INITIATIVE
Device-based "edge" wallets and other forms of digital storage, communications and transfer technologies are being enhanced through Quantum IDs and Quantum Encryption.
Alliance iiii.o was an early adopter of these new technologies which employ physics entropy to create true randomness and a higher degree of safety, security and personal privacy.
This technology is being embedded in DAO networks, currency and digital assets, and various HGVS applications.
DAO networks for currency, digital assets, transacting as well as data and content sharing provide a new approach to individual participation.
HGVS Protocol represents governance and operational framework for a unique digital ecosystem designed to enhance healthcare and wellness, while reducing cost inefficiencies. A key element is its contribution to openEHR (electronic health record) and other forms of HUMAN centric wellness data and content frameworks, in a private, quantum encrypted, portable and configurable container, "InfoVault™".
Using advanced ai computing technologies, HGVS Protocol seeks to exchange HGVS digital currency for anonymous streaming health related content and reference data. HGVS digital currency may be used to pay for wellness and healthcare services, for deductibles and co-pays, and rewards, similar to hospitality and travel.
HGVS digital currency may be one of the first digital currencies to be backed by intellectual property, intangible assets, traditional currency and other assets. It is referred to as a "Reserved Currency".
HGVS Ecosystem is comprised of various Protocols and Components. Some Protocols and Components operate within HOMEWORLD (geographic jurisdictional space), while others operate exclusively within DIGITALUNIVERSE (a non-geographic protocol-based jurisdictional framework, sometimes referred to as "ajurisdictional").
HGVS Ecosystem is one of a number of new types of "organisations" developing in the past several years as a result of transformation technologies ("blockchain", decentralised finance ("DeFI"), decentralised autonomous organisation ("DAO"), digital currency, etc.) in the digital IT space, based on Web 3.0 and now introduction of Alliance iii.o.
Unlike Web 3.0, Alliance iii.o is an evolving hybrid technology combining computer aided legacy operational systems and advances in digital technologies beyond Web 3.0.
Alliance iii.o framework is designed to blend STAR Issues (transaction specific "security|securities, tax, accounting and regulatory considerations"), new global initiatives implemented since the Great Recession, from Financial Action Task Force (FATF), Organisation of Economic Co-Operation and Development ("OECD"), International Accounting Standards Board ("IASB") pronouncements, as well as an array of global and jurisdictional regulatory and legislative requirements.
In particular, a broad range of transacting issues are addressed, including CDD | KYC (customer due diligence | know your client), anti-money laundering, anti-terrorism finance, anti-bribery, Foreign Accounts Tax Compliance Act, Common Reporting Standards, Benecial Ownership, Substance, Base Erosion and Profit Shifting, Country by Country Reporting, to name a few ...
Of additional note is the concept of "digital governance protocol" organisations which may be truly decentralised and autonomous, or contain centralised nexus point(s) which may or may not give risk to traditional geographic jurisdictional nexus.
Unlike many developers of decentralised autonomous organisations ("DAOs") established in the past decade, Alliance iii.o Principals have been involved in developing some of the leading global information technologies for regulated institutions and governments for more than two decades. In addition, new concepts and technologies developed for Web 3, DeFI and emerging digital paradigms have benefited from the pioneering efforts and technologies of Alliance iii.o contributors.
Alliance iii.o Ecosystem framework has been designed to adapt new process, memory, storage and network technologies, including various forms of "diffing", neural nets and artificial intelligence, into a paradigm referred to as "DIGITALUNIVERSE", which envisions a form of "ajurisdictional digital governance protocol" model rather than a "geographic jurisdictional model", whether "country-centric" or "treaty-based". At is core is a strict nodal mesh implementation Protocol which "atomises" digital operations ("nano" computing).
As described in Components and Connections, Alliance iii. Ecosystem framework is designed to integrate country and/or treaty based jurisdictional and organisational models (referred to as "HOMEWORLD") into "digital ports", creating discrete bridges between traditional jurisdiction and "ajurisdictional protocol governance model" activities.
Alliance iii.o framework includes new technologies which benefit from recent advances in "nano" and "quantum" computing which create new opportunities in solving intractable issues, creating bespoke solutions, and organising digital frameworks to reduce costs, increase efficiencies, expand speed of transacting, concurrent mirroring, and enhance aggregate velocity.
HGVS ISO is an International Sponsor Organisation which creates a juridical nexus for sponsoring HOMEWORLD Components included in HGVS Protocol and facilitating gateways for interconnect with DIGITALUNIVERSE Components.
HGVS ISO's non-profit foundation holders are to perpetually benefit from activities sponsored by HGVS ISO within the HGVS Ecosystem. These distributions are intended to support charitable, medical, innovation, education and entrepreneurial efforts of these global foundations established in 2001.
As set forth below, HGVS ISO is sponsoring and establishing digital gateways for the following Decentralised Autonomous Organisations ("DAO").
HGVS Society
HGVS Society is a HUMAN-centric DAO designed to protect and guide HGVS, in essence the "people" among the machines.
Members of the Society evolve from an initial adhoc grouping into a protocol-based, ajurisdictional DAO designed to operate in DIGITALUNIVERSE. HGVS ISO provides "protected portfolio" protections, access to fiat currency payment infrastructure and "sponsors" formation of Ecosystem Components.
HGVS Participants
This DAO is also exclusively a HUMAN-cebtric DAO comprised of medical professionals (doctors, nurses, technicians, health workers, fitness professionals ...) HUMANs (as patients, in treatment, participants in wellness...), receiving and providing, as family members, friends, and in any HUMAN capacity leading toward vitality, wellness and improvement.
HGVS IOT DAO
This DAO is designed to include HUMANs, their legal person(s), other forms of legal, juridical, non-natural persons (including associations and partnerships), each an ORGANISATION, INTELLIGENCE and various types of IOT and infrastructure Components and networks, which evolve over time.
HGVS Currency and Digital Assets DAOs
HGVS digital currency units and digital assets are also designed to exist within DIGITALUNIVERSE through "edge" network and emerging technologies, as DAOs.
HGVS ISO Gateways
HGVS ISO sponsors "protected portfolio" protections, access to fiat currency payment infrastructures, other forms of interconnect facilities for aforementioned DAOs and HGVS Ecosystem Components, some of which are illustrated below.
HGVS Participants DAO involves HUMANs participating in research, clinical studies, continuous, perioidic and adhoc monitoring and reporting of medical data and content and participation in expert knowledge transfer into ai systems, involving payments made in HGVS. HGVS ISO may benefit from a portion of revenues related to these activities.

HGVS Member Participants and HGVS Society Members may connect and cross-connect into various DAO networks on multiple devices.
HGVS are to be the official digital currency of HGVS Ecosystem.
Parties acquiring HGVS digital currency units globally become part of the HGVS currency DAO (decentralised autonomous organisation), designed to operate in DIGITALUNIVERSE.
HGVS digital currency units ("dcu") may be transferred from digital wallet to digital wallet within DIGITALUNIVERSE.
HGVS digital currency PROTOCOL is to be backed by traditional fiat currencies acquired through purchases of HGVS dcu for payment of medical data and content, healthcare deductibles and co-pays, healthcare rewards, and other HGVS Ecosystem purposes including transactional and fee payments.
In addition, a portion of various activities within HGVS Ecosystem are to be allocated to HGVS global currency reserves, as well as proceeds of investments of HGVS currency reserves.
HGVS global currency reserves are to be allocated to "protected portfolios" of HGVS ISO, held under statutory protections of Investors Guaranty Fund, Ltd. (Policyholder Reserves) Act, 1991.
